Trademark VIP™ federal law legal plan – $29.99 per month billed annually
What You Get:
- A 30-minute consultation with Kuscha Hatami, Esq. on a new legal matter; i.e. a new legal matter is defined as a specific personal or business legal issue, or a specific legal document that you have not discussed, verbally or in writing, with Kuscha Hatami, Esq. before.
- Legal document review of contracts or agreements of up to 15 pages based on federal law
- For longer documents, we apply an additional flat fee: 16-20 page documents: $49; 21-35 page documents: $99; documents more than 36 pages will be charged on a per contract basis and a quote will be provided to you (it will include your 10% discount)
- An annual evaluation of your legal matters or business based on federal law; upon request
- 10% discount on all legal fees; including hourly matters

- All services provided by the law firm that involve federal law: Federal trademark, copyright, internet, anti-counterfeiting, and marketing compliance matters
Trademark MVP™ federal and California law legal plan – $49.99 per month billed annually
What You Get:
